Blessings Brokers is a Christian Donor Development Consulting Firm that empowers, equips and encourages ministries to optimize their resources and impact for God’s Kingdom. We are blessed to have over 25 years of experience in Non-Profit, Leadership and Donor Development. We also subcontract with experts in specialties like online giving, Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) data bases, social media, communications and financial services for ministries churches, businesses and individuals.
Our Philosophy
More verses on giving and money appear in the Bible than on prayer and faith combined. We as Donor Development leaders are “Blessings Brokers,” Ministers and experts that lead in “Faith-raising” instead of merely fundraising. Our team assists ministries, churches, businesses and individuals by empowering, equipping and encouraging you and/or your team to optimize their resources and impact for God’s Kingdom.
Our Founder
Danya Jordan, founder and President of Blessings Brokers loves serving as a Donor Development consultant and formerly as Proverbs 31 Ministries Executive Director of Donor Development. With over 30 years of nonprofit leadership, she is passionate about working together to prayerfully equip, empower, and encourage God-sized visions to become reality. Danya has earned her B.S. degree in Communications from Appalachian State University and a Master of Public Administration from the College of Charleston. Danya is one of 6,000 leaders worldwide to have her Certification as a Fundraising Executive (CFRE). She is a member of The Master’s Program for Women Christian Leadership Development Program. She conducts Donor Development webinars with NonProfit Web Advisors. She teaches a ladies’ Sunday school class at her church and sings in the praise band. Her mission statement is “You Shine!” based on Matthew 5:16. She loves to Bible teach, write messages that make a difference, motivate, equip and empower leaders, kayak, spend time in the North Carolina mountains, and laugh with family and friends. Katy McCown
COO
After more than a decade working in a number of roles at multiple nonprofits, Katy joins the Blessings Brokers team as Chief Operating Officer. Katy began serving nonprofit ministries years ago as a volunteer and has since served in roles involving special events and daily operations. She is excited to bring her passion for seeing God’s people advance His kingdom to this leadership role at Blessings Brokers.
Nicole McAllister
Director of Operations
With more than a decade of experience in ministry, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to our mission. Nicole’s heart beats for service and connection. She believes in the power of relationships to create meaningful experiences, and she is dedicated to helping our organization provide impactful services to our clients.
Marci Bradley
Donor Strategist
Marci Bradley, CFRE, is a fundraising consultant, strategist, and AFP-certified facilitator. She has a decade of fundraising experience with various nonprofit organizations, including health and human services, youth development, and higher education institutions around the United States, which has resulted in over $10M raised in philanthropy. Through her years of experience, she has developed a unique skill set in nonprofit operations, fund development, event planning, and grant-making. Marci has been licensed as a Certified Fund Raising Executive since 2019.
Pam Lilly
Donor Strategist
Pam Lilly is a Development Coach and Consultant to non-profit leaders. Pam worked in the travel industry for 20 years in sales and marketing, served in fund development for 15 years with Faith Comes by Hearing and Cru, and recently provided Biblically based fundraising training for Mission Increase. She loves inspiring ministry leaders in their walk with the Lord and helping them thrive in ministry to reach more people with the love of Jesus.
Brandi Rabon
Grant Researcher
Brandi Rabon, Grant Researcher has been with Blessings Brokers since 2020. Brandi has built and managed programs from the ground up and implemented several agencies’ grant strategies. Brandi is experienced in content development, grant research, grant writing, vendor management, program development, and client advocacy. She has experience in both the public and private sectors and is blessed to use her skills for kingdom impact at Blessings Brokers.
Laura Goodyear
Social Media & Marketing
Laura brings more than 20 years of communications and brand marketing experience to the Blessings Brokers team. She previously worked in the education industry in athletic college communications and JK-12 independent school communications. She currently serves as the communications director for a local Charlotte church. Laura is a Charlotte native and enjoys cheering on her Tar Heels, spending time at the beach and ubering her children.
Ashley Krauter
Graphic Design
Ashley has enjoyed designing from a young age. She enjoys making space look more welcoming and presentable in person, on paper, and digitally! She believes that communicating with clear design and format helps deliver the message most successfully. She welcomes the opportunity to help your organization deliver a beautiful and clear message.
